1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account
You must be 16 or older. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
3. Acceptable use
- No fabricated qualifications, plagiarism of someone else's resume, or misuse of others' personal data.
- No automated scraping of the service beyond our official Chrome extension.
- No reverse engineering of our AI prompts or rate-limit bypass.
4. AI-generated content
You own the content you input. AI suggestions are provided “as is”; you are responsible for verifying accuracy before submitting to employers.
5. Subscriptions & refunds
Pro plans renew monthly/annually until cancelled. Refunds available within 7 days for unused service per Indian Consumer Protection norms.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime from Settings.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
