Content Policy

Resume Ground helps people share resumes and public profiles. To keep the platform safe for job seekers and recruiters, we enforce the rules below for any content that's published publicly.

What's not allowed

  • Spam or deceptive content - fake job titles, fake employers, mass-generated fluff, off-topic links.
  • Harassment, hate, or threats against any person or group.
  • Impersonation of another real person, employer, or institution.
  • Copyright or trademark violations - content you don't own and aren't licensed to use.
  • Doxxing - exposing someone else's private contact info, address, or government IDs.
  • Sexual, violent, or illegal content.

Reporting abuse

On any public resume or profile page you'll find a Report button. Pick a reason, add context, and submit. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team - typically within 48 hours. We do not share your identity with the reported user.

What happens after a report

  • Our team reviews the content against this policy.
  • If it violates the rules, we hide it from public view (the owner can still edit it privately).
  • Severe or repeated violations can result in account suspension.
  • If we find no violation, we close the report and the content stays up.

Appeals

If your content was hidden and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the moderation email or contact support@resumeground.co with your reasoning. We'll re-review.
